Ok, it was actually related to some errors on dependencies on my Ubuntu. I had to reinstall php5 and apache2 from scratch. Thank you.

I can manage to preview a shoutcast stream by typing http://stream.example.com:8000/; (Add a semicolumn at the end of the url : ";") But when it's planned into a show, it does not work (off air mode).

[SOLVED] How to modify "Stream Title : Airtime!" on Icecast?
I've found it : Edit /etc/airtime/liquidsoap.cfg find : s1_name = "Airtime!" and change the value. **EDIT** Unfortunately, the file is rewritten everytime... So I didn't find a way yet to edit this. Please help =)

after airtime updates, icecast is restore passwords and domain
