Ok. You can try install newscoop via root user? I think, if installation via root user will show same problems, maybe trouble in PDO extention. PDO ext has same version with PHP?

Hi. janerikhiim pls check configuration of the virtual host, section. To read Apache htaccess files, AllowOverride must be equal All. AllowOverride All ....... After restarting apache u can login to adminpanel :)
