Problems with password
access mysql via your hosting interface which should usually grant access to edit the database and run the query. when running the query, replace the area in parentheis () for username and password accordingly.

I found a solution to this problem The cause of the issue is a command set in the .htaccess file located in the root directory of your domain:Options -Indexes FollowSymLinks -MultiViewsTo resolve the issue disable this command by commenting it
