Have you tried it yet though? Lots of people seem to shy away from it but very few have actually first hand experience. I don't plan on encoding from this, using hardware output instead so that will lighten the load dramatically.

Yes tried it that way a couple of times but keep getting stuck at airtime: depends: libmp3lame0 but it is not installable Had a quick search on forums and cant see anyone having the same issue :/
