Please download and install this package: http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-0/easy-setup/ It will setup your /etc/apt/sources.list for you automatically :)

Please try running the create user script manually. I'm curious why it is failing. python airtime/python_apps/create-pypo-user.py perhaps you are missing "adduser"? What is the output of "which adduser" ?

It appears the real cause of the problem is that Airtime is already installed, but for some reason the debian package isn't attempting a re-install. Did you try installing Airtime before, and if so, was is successful?
