hi, it's in server/settings.py file, you can set there MONGO_URI which contains credentials, same thing for elastic via ELASTICSEARCH_URL setting. both can be set also via environment variables.

Superdesk Client Options
Hey Kevin, you can build the client using OSX and then it's just static files you can server with nginx/s3 etc.you just have to run there `grunt server --server="api server url"` and you will get the files in dist folder
