    Hi Newscoop support list,

    Took us a little longer than anticipated, but Newscoop 3.5 (GA) is out now!

    Multi-author management, geolocation with intuitive map interface, increased speed and an interface tailored for journalists - we're really proud of the new features and are looking forward to your feedback.

    There's been a huge amount of work behind the scenes to take on feedback following the RC2 release and we've made over 100 bug fixes and improvements. Head to http://newscoop.sourcefabric.org for the full story!

    Hi,

    3.5 is an excelent job, many thanks to you all who worked hard on it!

    I've found a small problem with Authors. My publication default language
    is Portuguese, when i go to the Biography of an author both dropdowns
    "Languages" and "Translate From" only have one option "Portuguese".

    When a change anything on it the column fk_language_id of the table
    AuthorBiographies gets the value "9" and that is correct.

    But when i try to get the value of biographie
    $gimme->author->biography->text the query to database is made using
    language_id = 1 and it return null
