    The server response is shown below from an admin account. This was working fine 

    Does this mean there is an issue with the installation itself?

    I have not seen that before, but it looks to me as something isn't running as expected. 

    I know this is an old post, but giving some feedback here in case others run into the same.

    If you experience this, I would check the logs to see if there are some superdesk components/modules not running as expected. And if you need help from this forum, please do copy some of your findings in the log in your post. It is a bit easier to help when there is more information
