Cover image replicated on each chapter and section - How to disable it? - Booktype Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

Hi all.

I have just done a new installation of Booktype 2, automated install on a fresh ubuntu 14.04 droplet. Seems it is working well

However, I tested creating a book, made a few testchapters and sections, uploaded a cover to Cover Manager, and then tried exporting ScreenPDF, just to have a look.

It exported just fine, however the cover image is replicated on each chapter and section, so the first part of the text in each chapter will not be readable, as the cover image is behind it. How do I disable this behavior, so that the cover image is only embedded in the header page of the book?

I seem to have a similar problem as Quinn i this thread: https://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/17895/cover-image-prints-twice/p1

I have this same problem, but with a fresh unmodified default installation (automated install on ubuntu 14.04)

Quinn says he had customized some css, which then may have created the problem on his installation.

I
have not touched any file anywhere and not made any modification, just
using default install. So the problem must be some default setting in
the automated install settings. What to do??

When I replace the URL of the PDF output with "body.html", as Daniel suggest here: https://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/comment/34028#Comment_34028 then I get just the html text without any cover picture, like you can see in below screenshot.
