    Hi, I have to create several accounts, but almost each time after submitting the form I get the error message:

    Security token expired. Please resubmit the form. (*)

    After refreshing and filling in another time all details it SOMETIMES work.

    What could be the problem?

    You are talking about the user management the backend of Newscoop?
    Which version of Newscoop are you using?
    What is your session time out? (You can find that under Backend > System Preferneces > General Settings > Session Lifetime .)

    Hi Mischa,
    it's version 4.2. Yes, user management of backend.
    session time out is 9999
    We are working around with cleaning cache or opening in private/incocnito mode
