Problem with rabbitmq-server on Airtime 2.5.2

    When doing a manual install and on the step where you open the browser and go to localhost to finish the installation it gets to step 2 of 5 and says "cant connect to rabbitmq". I'v check and rabbitmq-server is running but will not connect.
    I also ran sudo invoke-rc.d rabbitmq-server status which did not return any errors.
    What do I need to check next?

    Using Ubuntu 14.04
