How can I add in the admin panel the function of the script run when you save the article?

You should create a Newscoop Plugin, see the documentation http://docs.sourcefabric.org/projects/newscoop-plugins/en/latest/ for more information.

In this plugin you can create an event listener, which listens to the article create and update event. You can take a look at the Ingest Plugin, there we listen to the article publish and delete events.

The proper event listener configuration lines for you would be:

- { name: kernel.event_listener, event: article.create, method: create }

- { name: kernel.event_listener, event: article.update, method: update }

You should register your event like this: https://github.com/newscoop/plugin-IngestPluginBundle/blob/master/Resources/config/services.yml#L27
