    Folks asked me why I stopped being pro-active in here. Answer: most of the questions have been repeatedly answered, but are hard to find. AT staff fail to move common questions into the FAQ or even answer 98% of them - the exception is Daniel. It is also tiresome crawling through metres of crappy unfunny rants - with signatures almost as long - that should have been moderated out. See below in this thread for typical examples.

    If a team / forum moderator moved FAQ stuff to FAQ, 75% of the new posts would vanish, but, despite requests they have choosen not to that. We could do it ourselves, if the forum permissions were changed.

    John, I partly join your thoughts...

    =D>  ... solved topics should be marked as SOLVED, but as moderator I guess I could do this too

    I-)  ... same noob-questions on & on, updating FAQs would be nice.

    :-@ ... and almost any question is bombed & destroyed with VOISSES' fishing-for-posts brainfarts, telling us his solutions are peak for anybody but leading most users to having headache or at least start shaking their heads or the musicians under us hopefully start headbanging.

    This is mainly why I am not as active as in the years before.
    It is a pain to digg through all the VOISSES-peppered threads.

    But I got a lot of interactions in real life with guys from other community radio stations, which seem to end in a project to adopt Airtime for our needs.
    This compensates the current lack of sensibility in this forum for me very well atm.

    So here is some thing nice I have coming up.

    How about creating a playlist in the Airtime layout and that playlist is used for Autodj as @Bashtee_Radio proposed here https://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/16909/autodj-sweetest-seen-fake-or-real-for-a-good-deal-free-free-no-unexpected-autoplay

    here are the advantage of this  over what Bashtee'proposed

    • You create the playlist in the library (you do not have to name each  playlist like midnight etc. just create the name  in the playlist and its automatic available in the autodj
    • you can use the watch directory or you main folder and it will generate for autdj once you create the playlist
    • You are able to use only the Airtime interface.( you will not have to do any modification of the Airtime Interface)

    This will be the modification that makes your Airtime  like a pandora island (sweet)

    I hope I will get to have it Fully integrate with the API but I am testing it now and putting in the error logs.

    No one should claim excuse even when its volunteering, Just Go out and Do your work.

    Voisses. Like a cockroach, this is not your personal private house. Learn the difference between 'freedom of speech' and 2 metre long (not at all funny) posts full of verbal diarrhea. Some respect and restraint would be helpful.

    The Sad thing is that it is from the same group of people.

    Its not Funny what these people writes,So I make fun of it,because these people seem to be the ones who should have a direct link with the team.

    But if they Lash out at Me Voisses I donot know who would not ignore or make a joke of there post.
