Artist's Separation Rule

    Hi,
    I seem to be having a problem and is preventing me from making the station public.

    I have over 2,000 songs and am using a 'Country' Smart Block in my setup.  I need a way to separate each artist to play one of their song every 3 hours (as per ASCAP rules).

    I also have the LIMIT set to 3 hours.

    Anyone have an idea?

    It  should be quite easy to code some rules.

    It's a stupid rule law makers and greedy lawyers made which only help artist to be independent .Thank the Gods for Google so people like the Army boys could use youtube and promote themselves,why some Artist would wait on the big company ,to release their records.
    Thank Those Law-herds for youtube Artists making tons of money ,while an artist is still waiting to be release from the big company.

     1 Artist in 180minutes
         and each song is
             1 song = 4 minutes
    Then
           45 song will have to be played
    result
          45 Artist will have to be played

    Where in the world do you find 45 "current" ,"hot" and "what people want to hear now" artist at any single time

    He that have the whip,let him beat the subject to pulp
    He that make the law,make a lot of nonsense but he that understand the law with make it apply according to custom

    Maybe you can make a smart block from the function above
