Trying to install Newscoop on Linux Apache 2.4 with Cpanel

    Hi we are trying to install Newscoop on a server with Cpanel.
    the problem is that the install script doesn't seem to populate the database i.e. finish the install process.
    When we check on the page it just shows an empty screen.  What are we doing wrong? (A lot I'd guess...)

    Please help someone...

    append
    SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development 
    in .htaccess file and see the error
