Stable version of linux

    Hi all,

    Which version of Red Hat Linux you would recommend to setup for campsite ? Is there any XP platform campsite package install file so as can be easily to install on Windows machine ?

    Hi,

    I would recommend RedHat 9.0 or Fedora 3.0; please download the campsite
    version 2.1.6 beta 3, not 2.1.5. 2.1.5 won't work with the latest versions of
    Linux.

    RH 8 and 9 are not providing security updates unles you buy RedHat
    enterprise server 9 or other server product. I would vote for Fedora if
    possible or for Mandrake.
    (people who know me would expect my vote for FreeBSD, but you asked about
    Linux)
