Request license not found in installation of Nescoop 4.3 - Newscoop Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

I got this message when tried to install newscoop 4.3. Please help, thanks.

I checked the install folder, and found license.twig inside. But why the code cannot find? Any help, please?

Probably because the web server has some rewrite rules or access restrictions. What is in the .htaccess file in that folder or parent folder?

I reinstall and use the way upgrade from newscoop 4.2.4 to 4.3.0 but this time I faced with another problems.
After followed the instructions from https://github.com/sourcefabric/Newscoop/blob/v4.3/newscoop/docs/UPGRADE_4_3.md
But after clear cache the site just all blank...Check log the upgrade process successfully, no error in upgrade log.
Any idea? Thanks

I also got the same issue as this thread subject said, I'e never touched/modified the install/.htaccess file:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^/?fixer\.php$ - [F,L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -s [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -l [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
RewriteRule ^.*$ - [NC,L]
RewriteRule ^.*$ index.php [NC,L]

And the license file is also there: ./install/Resources/views/license.twig

Any ideas?
