problem with uploading files

    dear sirs : 



    in the last three days we had a problem when we want to uploading file to the 


    server


    we cant upload a big size sound file (for example 5 MB) but I can upload small file 


    (for example 300 KB)


    also we cant see the chat link for customer support to help us


    we are waiting your reply as soon as possible

    Couple of things worth checking...

    Have you enough storage space? First install I did I didnt realise that the default directory was in the boot sector for some reason so had little space. Check System > Status to see your disk space and if its low you can either clear out old files or add a 2nd location as a watched folder.

    If you have enough space then maybe the issue is with your browser.  Have you tried uploading by FTP?

    is your Airtime Server self-hosted or are you Sourcefabric-Pro-Customer?

    cause there is no chat for self-hosted servers.
    but if you're pro-customer you should send a mail to support@sourcefabric.org
