I recently got an Airtime installation setup, and I am wondering if there is a way to edit it to restrict the preview/download functions of the Library to only Admins or some such.
We want to enable our DJs to be able to login and manage their own content (Upload their sets, add to their shows) but we sometimes run special events with more well known DJs, and we need to keep these sets un-revealed to the public. Sometimes the artist that we work with requests a Zero Download policy as well, as a caveat for working with us, so we cannot allow the regular DJs members access to that file.
We only have two admins, so we need the ability to construct these shows in advance in case we are not available at the time of the event, and we also are allowed to do replays of the sets, just no downloading, so keeping them on the server is beneficial for the shows.
Is there any way to edit permissions so that DJ permissions do not allow library preview/download track capability? We don't care if they see it's there, just so they can't listen to it or save it.
I do have a self install. I'm not a code junkie, but I am willing to give it a go if you can say where and what, haha. That's what backups are for, right?
