Airtime system complete failure - system status "working"

    Hello,

    I've been working airtime for a few months, and I've enjoyed using it.
    I think it's a fine piece of software.
    However, recently our installation failed to produce audio output to the stream during scheduled shows and live streams.
    We went back to our backup shoutcast installation in hopes that we could repair it when we had some time to work on it.
    Upon logging in today, the interface has no library, calender, media upload, etc. functions.
    The airtime status check produces results that stated it was working, as evidence in the image below.
    I've restart the server and restarted the individual modules to no avail.
    I'm curious if there is anyway to restore functionality to this installation.

    Have you a backup of the Postgres database? The only thing I can think of is database corruption.
    Hmm Is this 2.51? or 2.50
    If it is 2.50 and you have access to the settings, I would try setting ALL of the clocks and timezones, everywhere to whatever the server hardware clock timezone is, and see if it wakes up. 2.50 had issues with timezones and future/past times.

    Does this Mean you were using Icecast or Jplayer?

    Which Audio output? icecast,output to external speakers,j-player for monitor ?

    Have you tried another browser,or tried to remove history and cache from the browser?

    While these are the basic questions make sure these small ones have been covered.

    Here are the big ones?

    Could you post (at least 10 lines ,no too large though) from these logs.
    •     Airtime check system  (the line which says its working ok  is not all ,need to see the architecture also

    • var/log/icecast2/error.log

      (you could also look at the access.log also but carefull how you post that in this forum,it contains private info)

    • var/log/airtime/pypo-liquidsoap/ls_script.log
    Look for my troubleshoot for dummies in this forum and do some other checks on your own and tell us what's strange in your logs
