ok, seems like Liquidsoap and Silan are not installed.

I would try to reinstall silan and Liquidsoap. php-apc is optional but recommended

    Install silan:
    sudo apt-get install silan

Install Sourcefabrics Liquidsoap (actually this should be done after airtime-install, but you could try to install before airtime)
(bottom of this guide http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-3/automated-installation/ )
    sudo apt-cache show liquidsoap
    sudo apt-get install liquidsoap=1.1.1~wheezy~sfo-1_amd64.deb

or install manually by downloading here from => http://apt.sourcefabric.org/misc/liquidsoap_1.1.1/

    Hi Markus,

Give us a little more info.

Which Operation System do you use?
Which Install way did you use?
Easy-Install, apt-get (Recommended Automated Install) or tarball (Manual Install)? => http://en.flossmanuals.net/airtime-en-2-3/automated-installation/

    Correct PHP? http://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/comment/25828#Comment_25828
    Correct Liquidsoap-Version? http://apt.sourcefabric.org/misc/liquidsoap_1.1.1/

try to purge airtime & postgresql by typing
    sudo apt-get purge airtime
    sudo apt-get purge postgresql

and then install php5.4, airtime and probably liquidsoap

    cheers

for me it looks like problems with php-version and postgresql's utf-settings

check php-version by typing "php -v"
if it's not version 5.4 follow this guide http://www.sysadminslife.com/linux/php-5-4-installation-unter-debian-squeeze-und-upgrade-von-php-5-3/ (you seem native-german)

for postgresql-error also a reinstall should last http://forum.sourcefabric.org/discussion/15246/airtime-utf-error/p1

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
airtime : Depends: liquidsoap (>= 1.1.1~) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: silan (>= 0.3.1~) but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: php-apc but it is not going to be installed
    E: Broken packages

    think I give up.
  • Hello hoerich, so that was very helpful. the installation could go on up to Getting started chapter.

http://flaxtraxx.fm/login = he makes a forwarding to the web

    and here

http://airtime.flaxtraxx.fm/login = is the white side.

Now you can somehow get the error out?

    thanks in advance
