Airtime Stream Glitches Constantly

    Hello all, I recently scheduled a show through airtime which mounts in icecast. All mp3 files are 128kbs, but it seems that the stream glitches every other minute and even drops out for minutes at a time.

    Anyone knows the deal?

    Could you try to play it locally (on your server has Airtime installed)?

    Yes, that's where I was listening, on the local server. It is setup for Icecast at 128 kbs.

    What version of Airtime are you using? and when you preview the media in the library,do you notice the same problem?

    You mention that you are listening on the server,is it via line out or you have Airtime on a desktop,that you are listening through a client like VLC?

    Is the audio silence ,sound muffled or skips?

    you can have problem with playlist greater than 24 hours
    think about it it's perhaps your problem
