Airtime Widgets Not Working In My Website - Airtime Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

Hi all, I've recently got airtime configured in the sub directory of my website's virtualhost. I can create a show and listen to it through the airtime admin interface. However, the now playing widget doesn't appear entirely on my webpages. Icecast is installed. I followed the instructions at airtime wiki about downloading widgets.

Can anyone help.

did you enable Remote Website Access under System -> Preferences?

Yes it is enabled.

I guess it's something related to sub folder setting. Please make sure the widgets are pointed to correct url to get the information

Be sure to have all Js and Css in directories

http://airtime.example.com/ is the domain and where your airtime is installed

now with this last versions Icecast2 you need to have a supplementary tag :

< public > 1 < /public >

hi, i followed the example and nothing. Perhaps the problem stems from the fact that airtime is installed in a sub-directory on my system, and thus there is no virtual host for it. For the source domain I point it to my virtualhost, but still there are problems.

Are you also saying that in my icecast.xml file, I have to change the public tag to 1?

Update...got the widget to point to the server thanks for that. On my webpage teh widget shows the current song playing...although I can't hear audio. Audio can be heard in the airtime admin interface, but not outside of it.

I have an audio player already...but now suddenly, Airtime stream can't connect with the icecast server...
