can't change shows in the calendar
  • I have a question one of our clients is a radiostation in SA (South
Africa) and there the use a different GMT than here in europe.

3 months ago a colleague made the full schedule for that
radiostation but he made it in europe/amsterdam time.

and now there is a difference in GMT time.

when i want to change the time in de calendar and deselect the
repeats i can't change the start time of the show.

The problem is it keeps saying that it is made 3 months ago and it says that i can't make changes in the past.

Is there a solution for this so that i can change the start time or
must i do everything over again.

I only want to change the GMT time to south africa and 1 hour back
in the calendar because it does a +1 in the calendar.

I hope you have a solution for me.

I work with airtime 2.2.0 and i'm a admin so i have full access.

  • HI Ivar,

This is currently a big problem (there are many threads on this), and we will be looking to resolve it for the next version of Airtime.

Are all the show instances scheduled in the future already filled with content? If not, it may be easy to simply ignore past events and delete all future events and recreate them with the corrected time.

If yes, then there are some database commands to get the behaviour you want...

    you can't change past events
but you can change timezone into System/Preference
erase repeated events and re-create them :-)

  • so it doesn't matter what i do, i have to erase everything and build it up again one by one?
