Maybe I am missing something obvious:
do I really need to fill each show instance with same content, each time, manually
- when I want a repeating show with same content?
Say, each day, same time, say, at 12,14,16 and 18 there should be a same announce.
I created 4 shows, each set with weekly repeat.
Now the mouse job: for each instance "Add Content".
4 shows a day * 4 weeks * 7 days = 112 instances to repeat same add content operation. Instead of just one.
In fact the announce should go each hour, twice, for 1 month.
Of course, LiquidSoap script is a solution here. But we're on AirTime, and the non-tech guys are adding the shows.

Currently Airtime does not duplicate the content of a show. It's not as
simple as it sounds - this would require the user choosing which show's
content to duplicate and whether to overwrite existing content in future
shows. Also, repeating shows are not duplicated forever into the future,
rather they are generated on demand - so a template of the show's content
would need to be kept around and inserted whenever a new show is generated.
However, in the coming months we will have a REST API interface which will
allow you write your own helper applications for Airtime and make it do
whatever you like.
Can this functionality be viewed as the 'Rebroadcast' feature:
having a show filled with content, assign it desired replays?
The other way could be a simple 'Copy' operation on the show+content in the Calendar.
Create a show, fill it with content. Then copy it to the future days. This would work!
Thank you a lot for all you're doing to AirTime. Keep up good work!

Do you mean the ability to just copy the content of the show, and not the
show itself? I think this would work better in your case. So you would
create a repeating show, then "Copy Content" from one show and "Paste
Content" on another show. What do you think?

Maybe. Though the "Paste" phase is not transparent: is the target show empty yet?
I was thinking of even more simple thing:
like I can drag any show including its content
from one date in the future to another day in the Calendar -
would make sense if I could Copy any show with its Content to a further day the same way - maybe Ctrl+drag?

The show should have a content assigned, and in case it is cloned it should have it self the same content as previous, if the dj wants it removes and inserts new content. Also is should randomize the content, so a second instance of a show does not have same music played in the same order.
