Metadata on Master Show/show Source - Airtime Support Discussions on Sourcefabric Forum

Whenever Airtime is running with Master Source is connected, metadata is "Airtime - Master Dj". and likewize for show sources.

Im trying to figgure out what is the reason its not just forwarding incomming metadata,

Tested useing, mixxx, Traktor and Virtual DJ.

Running Ubuntu 11.04 and used "autosetup script" for install.

No changes to any configs made (only via gui).

We added this change in 2.2.0, but it will be reverted for 2.2.1.

Also, is there a way to set something Custom for Offline Metadata ?

I have same problem here. It's a bug.

Just so I'm clear; the change for 2.2.1 will show the song title/artist metadata when streaming live from Mixxx? I use a stream liscense service, and they require the metadata for licensing through SESAC/BMI/ASCAP/etc

If this isn't the issue being discussed, then apologies - and could someone point me to how to configure this using 2.2.0/mixxx ?

Hi!
is there a way to enable the metadata to Master Source?
it's very important option for radio stations who are paid royalities every month
we have listeners who are interesting for ''Now Playing'' to our live shows
and finally ''Now Playing'' option is what the listeners wants from a Net Radio

Disable option for metadata on master source was big problem for radio station who are pay royalities
and want to keep informing the listeners for ''Now Playing'' all the time.

Right Now Airtime Rocks!!!!!
