Feed Works Everywhere Except Shoutcast.com In YP

    For some reason my shoutcast DNAS v2 stream (powered via AirTime) works perfectly just about everywhere.... except on the
    shoutcast.com YP search results.

    There is has no meta data or audio coming in, when I opened the .pls from the shoutcast website this was its contents...

    numberofentries=0
    Version=2


    It does not have the feed inside of it, after I was asking around I was told that this was caused by winamp's DSP plugin failing, but right now I'm not using winamp, my stream is ONLY coming from Airtime right now.

    I hope that you know whats going on because I'm not sure what else to do.

    NOTE: Station name is: "True Hackers Radio"

    it's a shootcast configuration problem, YP is not allowed, search into your script

    I've been searching this error like crazy, nobody seems to know whats wrong.

    Have any ideas?

    When I connect with winamp and go live it does work perfectly fine.... it only fails when airtime is running a show on its own

    yes they are..

    hmmm... one of the guys had me make a change in liquid soap so I could broadcast 24/7 with a playlist..
    So my guess is the airtime server is acting like its offline (even though it is streaming properly and it is sending meta data)

    if you only change default options, change have no interactions...
    do you try something else ?
    create a new stream with icecast (mp3 if you want) and test it

    My shoutcast was setup with

    stream.pls
    I changed it to playlist.lst and that seems to fix the music and meta data... oddly enough the listing still shows nothing for "currently playing" but it is working
