Hi,
i'm trying to add a google gadget to newscoop dashboard and it's not working.

Example of a widget genereted code: <script src="//www.gmodules.com/ig/ifr?url=http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/100854260504979415645/fox-news-politics.xml&amp;synd=open&amp;w=340&amp;h=300&amp;title=Fox+News:+Politics&amp;border=#ffffff|3px,1px+solid+#999999&amp;output=js"></script>

I just copyied this code and added it to the google gadget i added before to the dashboard.. After It doesn't show me anything about this google widget but only the publication page... What could be wrong?

just tested on newscoop-demo.sourcefabric.org

I've used this code:

and it works as expected. See screenshot.

well..

we want to use only the newscoop backoffice (http://mydomain.net/newscoop/admin)... We created admin users and "colaborator" user with different permissions, etc.. The goal is to use this tool to manage our newspapper workflow.. we don't need a website for the newspapper for the moment...

And some features work, others don't... Like i said before, when i go to my dashboard (backoffice), i can't see the google widget working..

Also, the widget that shows the files (from media archive) doesn't open a word document directely in the browser.. And it was configured with that option...

Thank you for your answer anyway.. it doesn't help me to solve this issue..
so.. where is the code to make the widgets work? i may miss some file.. that's the only thing i can remember...

as i said it works fine. Try google gadget on http://newscoop-demo.sourcefabric.org/admin
