Airtime Password Reset

    I am able to receive system emails from AirTime; however, when I click the link to reset my password, I receive a 404-not found error.  Has anyone had an issue like this?  I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.

    Edit: I was able to access the link by adding port 8080 to the URL from the email. Is there a way for the system to automatically do this?

    Hi Dustin,

    Currently there is no way for the system to automatically do this. We have created a ticket to address this issue.
