Unable to connect to show source

    Hi there, 

    So I have everything setup and I can have music play from scheduled play and i can connect live stream using the master source.  But no one can connect to the show mount. All it gives is an incorrect password upon trying to connect during there show times, any thoughts?

    How are you setting the password? Using user's default Airtime login password, or make a specific one for that show?

    I'm currently having the same problem. Master works, scheduled play works, but show source does not. I'm using default airtime login, but nobody can connect.

    Hey, Stephen,

    I just try to connect Show Source and it works. Can you share more details about your input stream and show's settings, for example, please make sure the mount point is correct, the show source port is available , the show is ON AIR and has correct user assigned to that show.

    I think I figured it out. It doesn't explicitly say, but I'm guessing you have to have a dj assigned to it? If so, this is problematic, because I have 2 managers and no DJ's, though the managers run live shows that need to be automatically overridden by news flashes. However, because they are not DJ's, I can't assign them to shows.

    Yes, only DJ can be assigned to a show.
