Hi, I have tried to publish a book, but the link generated to download the .pdf is broken. It only seems to happen with the publish as "book" setting. I am using the demo version online, not a locally installed version. Any ideas?

this book is just a test as I would like to use the booktype demo site for a project with some students and wanted to make sure it was all working ok

are you talking book formatted pdf or screen formatted pdf?

each time it works for me:

also, did you change any settings in the wizards?

Its when I publish as "book" I tried again, and again got a link to a pdf which would not load

I have not had any trouble with publishing in other formats

I tried using firefox and got the same error when following the pdf link generated from publishing a book

I would really like to use the booktype demo site for a publishing workshop I am running to show participants what is the way forward in publishing but I really need to know that it will work for me,

in my tests I am using a mac and so far safari and firefox, I think during the workshop the platform will be PC, so I will test tomorrow on a PC as work and see if I have the same problem,
