No sound from airtime schedule (On-air light off)
• Hello,

I upgraded from 1.8.2 to 1.9.4 today using the .deb repository, the upgrade was successful without errors but for some reason I don't have an output from airtime.

This is the output of the command 'sudo service airtime-playout status'

Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling?

Also since the music in /stor are now under different folders can I safely delete the old empty folders (eg 0fe, be2, c0d etc)?

Is airtime accessible via http://localhost?

Quote:
AIRTIME_VERSION_URL = http://localhost:80/api/version/api_key/%%api_key%%
APACHE_CONFIGURED = NO

It's a problem with apache site configuration. You need to check virtual host config file: /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/airtime or attach here.
• Changing the 'base url' under 'hostname' in /etc/airtime/api_client.cfg from localhost to the server ip address fixed the problem.

• Hi Folks,

First time airtime install... neither sound nor "on air" for me.

I get this:

You are not allowed to access this resource.root@domU-12-31-39-0C-5E-2E:/etc/airtime# curl http://107.20.140.105/api/media-monitor-setup/format/json/ap i_key/my_api_key
You are not allowed to access this resource.root@domU-12-31-39-0C-5E-2E:/etc/airtime#

changing the hostname in /etc/airtime/api_client.cfg didn't help me I'm afraid.

• Thomas, Lilian
Did you install the Airtime package or the Airtime-easy-install or did you download and run the manual install?

Did you follow the instructions ?

Lilian, we don't officially support oneiric but you can install Airtime and let us know your experience.

The new easy-install is the quickest way to get Airtime installed on your machine.
(Please make sure to remove previous installation of Airtime before installing the easy-install)
• Hi Lilian,

Do you see your mountpoints when you go to http://localhost:8000/

I did a manual install, no errors in the installation process.

If it helps, I used the demo on the site and all worked ok.
• I just did another fresh apt-get install, no errors this time but, same problem still...
