Hello,

following question,

I airtime with Icecast and Shoutcast server, while airtime plays no shipments is silent on the servers.
Is it possible to be ingested during the silence another shoutcast stream?

you can use icecast2 fallback mount for it. Please google it. You'll find enough examples.

but you can use airtime as fallback mount and alternate stream as primary mount.
It's a standard using in case live streaming. In your case you have to check "on air" status via http://airtime_host_name/api/schedule/api_key/%%api_key%% and activate primary streaming on "off air"
