No Audio/On Air light

    Hi,

    I'm using the latest git pull origin master with the same audio and playlist configuration that has worked all along.

    But I don't get any audio even though my publishing points are there in icecast. Also the on air light does not go on when the show starts but the scheduler shows it playing.

    When I check the pypo log, I see:

    Quote:
    @400000004df1330c0a8edba4 zero-file: /var/tmp/airtime/pypo/cache/scheduler/2011-06-09-22-55-00/9e f7096ef99e3e329931def853f0faf5.mp3 from http://localhost:80/api/get-media/file/9ef7096ef99e3e329931d ef853f0faf5.mp3

    Why am I getting empty audio files? They are indeed 0 bytes in the /var scheduler path but not in the import path.

    Also, the files no longer play in the playlist when clicking the play symbol.

    I have reinstalled pypo and airtime and reimported the audio with the copy option but have not completely erased the Airtime folder. None of this makes any difference.

  • Please attach all logs in /var/log/airtime, you seems to have a configuration problem Wink
  • Hi Jeremy,

    I updated the master branch yesterday, it should be at Airtime 1.8.2 now.

    You can try pulling again, or download our tar or deb packages Smile

    Hi Martin,

    I have one VM guest for the .deb and one for the git stuff that's bleeding edge.

    Just upgraded from 1.7.? to 1.8.2 with apt-get and it went fine. I had to reconfigure my /etc/airtime stuff and everything in the database so I'm puzzled about that. But apart from that it began playing with the first show and everything is fine so far.

    I have to try the git pull on the other VM guest now.

    Thanks for all the great work you guys are doing!

    Jeremy
