Greetings All,

I am a graduate student at Southern Connecticut State University. We
have a low power AM broadcast and currently are using a functional
alternative to dead air. It is however DOS protected mode based, and
frankly as user friendly as the average piranha.

Everyone would like to move away from it and get a more functional
modern day live-assist/automation system going. We currently have a
server that is probably powerful beyond the most demanding needs of
livesupport setup and it's running Debian GNU/Linux Testing.
(currently a large storage area/encoding machine that is the first
step in our streaming audio setup...)

I would be very interested in working with livesupport, even in
alpha/beta form. I have access to a number of machines that I can
just wipe and use for testing purposes. I would be willing to post
bug reports and possibly even post patches as well.

I have good skills with PHP and MySQL (yes, I know livesupport uses
PgSQL, but I am willing to learn) If necessary I probably can work
with C although I'm not fresh since my CS undergrad is almost 2 years
back.
