Getting information from the server...

    Hello everyone,

    We are a student radio station based in France and running our litte thing on airtime since 3 years now. Unfortunately this morning, during our usual live show, the stream broke down. Not only the Live DJ but also the music. It's shown like running but no sound gets out for us or our listeners.
    It was working perfectly as usual for 30 minutes and went down all of a sudden. The only thing that seams to have change is this little message saying "Getting information from the server...". for our 2 streams (even if we are only using one).
    I can send you any other required informations, as I am not a pro in computers, I don't know what other infos I could give you right now.

    We would appreciate any kind of help.
