Publishing for printed book in booktype

    I have setup my own booktype server and been progressing pretty well.
    I am having trouble getting my head around the ebook version it creates.

    I don't seem to have control over page length etc.  Which means we get orphan lines for example.

    Is there something I am missing on how to control this?  or its it case of exporting and cleaning it up elsewhere?

    We are probably going to export to pdf and convert to word and import into indesign.
