you can put it in :

/var/lib/airtime/tmp/airtime_mvc/locale/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/

and

/usr/share/airtime/locale/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/

rename it to airtime.po

but if you want modifications available you need to transform it in .mo

for example in command line :

msgfmt -o airtime.mo airtime.po
