Newscoop 3.6 RC3 ready for testing

Hi everyone,
Newscoop 3.6 RC3 is ready for you to install, test and feedback on. Three steps to get testing:
1) Download the tarball.
2) Visit the Newscoop install wiki.
3) Post bugs, issues or suggestions into our bug tracker.
We've taken on board all the comments and issues reported from the last RC2 - many thanks to all those that contributed. It really helps us build a more stable software for independent newspapers from Georgia to Guatemala. Not long now till the official release!
