the main issue with ogg vorbis versus mp3 is the licensing of course. in
the case of non commercial non profit use (which is us if there ever was
any i guess we do not need to pay licensing at all. so that's fine.
however, shipping a product with MP3 only and no ogg vorbis support might
intimidate the for profit users out there. having said this, chances are
they don't care much already with their existing software solution.

If we can't have Ogg Vorbis support with the Helixplayer, let's go for the
MP3 demo. We have no choice. Time is running out. Robert will supply the
MP3 jingles tomorrow.
