No "Insert" Option for Uploaded Images

    Hello,

    I have Booktype Pro. I have uploaded a number of images. However, when I go to insert the images there is no "insert" option as demonstrated in the Booktype Instructional Manual.

    There is only a "Browse" and "Upload" prompt.

    I have attached a screenshot for reference.
