This link looks like not good. I know that's the problem for all Cyrillic on-line resources. And we can choose the option for url-name in Newscoop. But WP has an plugin which changes Cyrillic charset to Latin charset.

Dear Marina,

Links must be encoded, if we don't do it the browser does it anyway.

I created this issue for the plugin which changes Cyrillic charset to Latin
charset:

these links just encoded and not for publishing but for suitable online navigation and search engine optimization.
