error en cache

    Hi I get few times the error
    PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/myhost/campsite/src/system_preferences.php' (include_path='/var/www/vhosts/myhost/campsite/src/include/p ear:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/vhosts/elistas.org/elistas.org/campsite/src/classes /SystemPref.php on line 131

    I see is a error for record the cache. I delete the files inside templates_cache and start work again fine but after few time the error become again

    The template_cache folder have user www-data and chmod 777 anyway when the error happens I can't open admin gui or see the front web
    any ideas?

    hi Jacob,

    make sure that file campsite/src/system_preferences.php has r/w permissions for www-data user
