please read this howto http://www.ehow.com/how_4929191_install-wordpress-servers.html There is a howto about install wordpress on 1&1 hosting. Follow the steps (just replace wordpress with campsite) except:
1. skip the steps #10,11,12 2. on step #14 just open in a browser your hosted site (http://site_name) and follow the campsite install wizard.
