[campcaster-dev] Package new software for Ubuntu yourself
  • Do we have deb-src packages? If you have deb-srcs you can submit them to
REVU, where they'll get checked by motus, and if good, uploaded.

    https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Packages/New

The last line, package new software for Ubuntu yourself.

"When you package is ready, review it carefully, read the page and
    upload it to REVU"

If we have done this process it will be in the view of the Ubuntu-Studio
    team as well.

  • Hi Frans,

Yes, we will submit our packages for inclusion in the official Ubuntu
repositories, but we can only do it after we got rid of the
    campcaster-libs package. See ticket #1492.
