Do you mean the GPG key for the Campcaster ubuntu repositories? There
isn't one; this repository is not GPG-signed yet. You can just ignore
the "cannot be authenticated" warning when installing packages.
For the standard Ubuntu repositories, your installation should already
have the GPG public keys. If they got deleted somehow, you can go to
System -> Administration -> Software Sources -> Authentication, and
click Restore Defaults.
