live mode in gLiveSupport.sh

    dears all

    when i execute gLiveSupport.sh then i log-in using root account or other's account and goto master panel
    but..when i use "live mode" i can't see play list or any files and when i click "play button" there no actions..
    when i click "edit playlist" then i got an error and quit gLiveSupport.sh

    any one can help me please...
