    It seem the livesupport database is not accessable. Try "isql LiveSupport
    livesupport livesupport" on shell.

    Do you have a log from the "make install" process, there should be more
    information.

    OK, the postInstallStation.sh had not been invoqued.I made:

    postInstallStation.sh -d /usr/local/livesupport -g apache -r /var/www/html

    and it worked

    The access via web browser is working now.

    Viewing in firefox under linux, the scratchpad and other lists appear for a moment in the top-left corner each second (each time the station time is changes the seconds). It is quite annoying.

    The gLiveSupport program does launch but does not appear as a window: the process is up and running but no window appear. In the command-line I get the messages:

    [bruno@KOM6 ~]$ /usr/local/livesupport/bin/gLiveSupport.sh
    using configuration file: /usr/local/livesupport/etc/gLiveSupport.xml
    using config file '/usr/local/livesupport/etc/gLiveSupport.xml'

    ...and nothing happens (no matter if I run as root or not) But the process is running:

    /usr/local/livesupport/bin/gLiveSupport -c usr/local/livesupport/etc/gLiveSupport.xml
