Problem starting

    Hi, I have just installed Live Support, but when I try to start it I got the following error:

    Starting the LiveSupport scheduler...
    using config file '/usr/local/livesupport/etc/scheduler.xml'
    Error in XmlRpcClient::writeRequest: write error (error 111).
    authentication problem: Login failed.

    What login it is complaining about ?

    In the heart of the LiveSupport system is a storage server, which holds all the metadata and playlists. All other components (HTML UI, Studio UI, scheduler daemon) need to connect to this storage server, which requires authentication.

    Make sure you follow all the instructions in
    http://livesupport.campware.org/public_html/doc/install.html
    especially the sub-section titled "Database".

    The "For the impatient" section is only intended as a reminder, for people who had successfully installed the system earlier already.
