I am glad to hear that activities on LiveSupport are in progress. I just wanted to ask you to update me whether this new version of LiveSupport meets any of the needs that I had discussed with you guys in Prague? Please, let me know when i may expect LiveSupport fully meeting the below described needs.

Our 1 central and 5 local stations are awaiting for LiveSupport to be installed and to be launched as primary software for our network in Armenia.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon,

    With kindets wishes,

    Aram
